How to choose a size?

How long does it take to receive an order?

ALLMYTEEZ will do its best to ship the orders as soon as possible. It needs 2 to 15 days to receive the goods worldwide.


Is it possible to pay by check?

All payments by checks must made to the order of K2 Intertrade and sent to the following address:

All orders paid by checks will be handled as soon as we receive the payments.


Do ALLMYTEEZ products need specific care?

For full care instructions, please refer the back label on every ALLMYTEEZ products.


How can I exchange a product?

Exchange requests must be formulated within 2 days after receiving the items. Products must be resent in their original packages.
The shipping cost from the customer to ALLMYTEEZ will be supported by the customer whereas ALLMYTEEZ will pay the shipping fees for the replacement item.


How can I be reimbursed?

In case of reimbursement request, the customer must send us back the items in the same condition he received them (clean, not washed, if possible in their packages).
The customer must indicate his reference and the returning reason. As soon as we receive the returned products, we will send the customer the reimbursement payment by check.
